I am also a foreigner and I regret that criminal bringing a bad reputation about foreigners which are living here peacefully.
To cheat locals, which are willing to leave their loved ones for some years, bearing the sometimes inhuman treatments from some Arabs, to earn some substantial amount for a better future is in my eyes one of the most bad crimes. He should be
punished not only for fraud.

He may not operate on his own. Either he was put upto this by a local fraudster or he is part of a syndicate. The investigation should be widen to net all these crooks.
