At this rate of development with its new harbor and airport, Hambantota might be the next capital of the South, Speaker of the Parliament Chamal Rajapaksa said today. The speaker said this while attending the foundation stone laying ceremony of the new bus stand in Galle. (DGS)

Yea, yea. But without night clubs and discos you will not be able to get the tourists there, capital or not. In the meantime, add a few bars or most people will not want to visit your new capital.
