Give Hirunika fitting punishment, so that others will have learnt a lesson from taking law into their own hands

What was the part that she cooperated with the investigations? The perpetrators including herself were identified by the victim and thereafter by the police. The next stage was to arrest, arrest and remand. However, the police have again become punks to the minister and have submitted a sort of a false mode of "much assistance from her" type of a thing so that she could obtain bail. This is manipulation of the law, at high levels.
