If Sri Lanka want to developed country soon, it should have proper policy. It should not UNP, UPFA or JVP policy. At least UPFA, UNP and expertt from relavent subject make national policies for school education, higher education, agriculture,Industries, technology, transport and infrasture developments. Goverments can carried out their action plan during their ruling period within national policy. Education, Agriculture, Industries and Science and technology are very important for developments.
