UN can't measure entire world from one scale. A sex worker in western countries becomes a prostitute when she crosses the borders. Women has better employments in Sri_Lanka.
It is question whether to buy in those recommendations in that report; we have our own values..

It's time to LEGALISE ! Otherwise, the politicians and police will continue sexually abusing not only sex workers but even the innocent girls who get their pictures published on the Internet by people who trick them. This government will NEVER investigate abuse of sex workers as that would mean politicians will have to go to jail!
