Minister of Power and Energy Patali Champika Ranawaka said in Jaffna today that all war displaced civilians will be given free power connections when resettled

    Its true the cost would be incured but wouldnt you like to axtend a hand to the needy? They had suffered enough. This is a very good initiative as far as i am concern.
