Four die of electrocution

Four men who illegally attempted to get electricity through the electric cables in Suriyawewa have died after being electrocuted, Police Media Spokesman SP Preshantha Jayakody said.

The victims were immediately rushed to the Hambantota Hospital but were pronounced dead upon admission.

All four victims are residents of the area. The Suriyawewa police are investigating into the incident, SP Jayakody said. (SD)

    This is a balant lie,this happand when farmers had set electrict live wire to deter animals from distroying their crops & the 4 civilians had got caught in that & died,this crime was done by the farmers,who were given permisson to set live wire for animals.they must be brought to law & punished.two days back they killed an elephant called "Natta Kota by electricution.what a type of people are they.Is there is no law in this country for human beings & animals.
