There is serious crime taking place in Wellawatte. There are a string of robberies taking place by rogues breaking into homes in the night & the police are still unable to arrest anyone. According to residents about 7 robberies in the last 10 days. Can DM please look into this?

Here again Sri Lankans are hoodwinked. The news is spread that they are criminals/gangsters, implying that it is a blessing to the society that they were eradicated. Yet, where is the RULE OF LAW? Even a common criminal or a mass murder is to be given a fair trial and Justice is to be served ...should not be left rotten in the wayside..there are lovers of dogs..(and lovers of cattle) not even dogs/cattle are made to suffer like this..

If there is good governance in the country, the subjects will have peace and prosperity. Unfortunately our mother country lacks the good governance and the future looks very bleak.

Return bout of the man whose hands and legs were chopped in broad daylight a couple of days ago, perhaps. Huh, the "Thrice Blessed Country" now gone to the two legged dogs, thanks to politics.
Piranha Sunday, 04 November 2012 06:57 AM
When the underworld has political patronage what do you expect? The country has gone to the dogs under the Maharajah's rule. The rot continues unabated. Keep supporting the Maharajah and see where you end up in the end.

greek....those who voted for this administration must take the responsibility.

Killing has become a way to settle scores in Sri Lanka. No law and order. No discipline and the country is going to the dogs.
unchikun Sunday, 04 November 2012 08:48 AM
Just a reminder, dogs do not kill each other. The country is going to humans.
