Fire at Education Ministry building

A fire broke out at the Pensioners division in the fourth floor of the Education Ministry building Isurupaya this morning, police said.

According to the police the documents in the Pensioners division have been destroyed. It is suspected that the fire started from an air-conditioner plant, police said.

The fire brigade managed to douse the fire and no injuries have been report.
