The Transport Ministry said today that SLTB buses will introduce fines for those who fail to purchase a bus ticket and that fines will be increased for the non-issue of bus tickets to bus passengers by bus conductors in order to stop the prevailing bus ticket issues.

Service standards should be set 1st. Simply there should be consequences for a crappy service. This should be implemented too...

This is common sense for any human with minimum of IQ. You get a service and you pay for it. This is a rule. Well it has not implemented. Why?
