Father, son killed in Meegahatenna

A father and son were killed after being brutally assaulted by iron rods by some unidentified men at Meegahatenna last night, Police said.

They said the victims aged 74 and 42 died on admission to the Meegahatenna Hospital.

Police are investigating the motives behind the attack and on the lookout to arrest the attackers. (CP)
