I CANNOT HELP GETTING THE IMPRESSION THAT FAKE FERTILIZER WAS TO BE DISTRIBUTED UNDER MAHINDA CHINTANA. THIS COULD BE AN ACCIDENTAL 'WORD PLAY' ERROR AND HOPE NO ASPERSIONS WERE INTENDED .
