Why should the army give permission to question the suspects? The suspects should be arrested immediately and brought to justice. It is also import to get to the bottom of this sage and find who the handler was.

BBB is right. Rule of law must be applied and all should be equal before the law. As the accused persons are coming from those who are the guardians of law, these inquiries must be swift and must be seen as justice being done.

The era of State terror perpetrated on innocents under the Rajapakse regime needs to be thoroughly probed. For the sake of humanity, every person involved irrelevant to whether they were holding the highest position of governance should be named and shamed.

Mr President - please inform "Army Headquarters to give a statement to the CID " why their permission is required. If this attitude is not nipped in the bud, it could lead to many ramifications.

Sometime back one person was saying Eknaligoda is living abroad and that he had met him. This person too should be questioned whether he actually met him or what is the motive for the fabricated story.
