Egypt court sentences 529 Morsi supporters to death

A court in Egypt on Monday sentenced 529 supporters of ousted Islamist president Mohamed Morsi to death after a mass trial, judicial sources said.

Islamist backers of Morsi are facing a deadly crackdown launched by the military-installed authorities since his ouster in July, with hundreds of people killed and thousands arrested.

Of those sentenced on Monday, 153 are in detention, while the rest are on the run, the sources said, adding that the verdict can be appealed. (AFP)

US has the world media, all the rights groups and even the UN under their control. Therefore whatever they do is self defence, saving the world and eradicating terrorism. Whoever not on their side, are shown to the world as uncivilized, human right violators and a danger to the whole of mankind.
