Duminda Silva has been taken out of the operating theatre at 9pm and is now in ICU. He will be monitored for 48 hours, hospital sources say.

yeah u' re right...its a fake...they used water guns ...no i think they were paint ball guns...and used red ink to spread all over themselves and then made a fake 911 call and got one of his friends to drive an ambulance there. In fact the few doctors who operated on him were faking it as well and guess what they were'nt really doctors and at this very moment all of them are still in the theatre having a ball and blaming the govt. since they cant go home to their families because dumb idiots like you believe its fake, Now your underwear is going to turn carniverous (it means its gonna eat you) so remove it soon.
