Food poisoning is a major complaint as they keep food in the open. Name and shame the outlets.

I have spotted a very vulnerable restaurant. It is built on the middle of the Beira Lake in a location called the "Floating Market". Aerators are use to clean the water and is done by blowing a spraying of water to the air. These water droplets sail on through the restaurant and may land on your food. I have patronised this place a few time and have ended up with indigestion. This place should be first property for checking by the CMC.

At last, someone has become aware of the many short-comings in these "super" markets !! On many occasions, we bought fish, fruits etc that was bad.
