You can introduce new systems with best of technologies in the world. Our judicial system will remain the same because of political appointments to the judiciary. Only an Independent Judicial Commission could bring in changes. via DM iPad app

You may introduce high tech systems to assist the judiciary. But what matters is the man in front of the machine. If he is crooked or a political appointee you'll still get the same verdicts. via DM iPad app

To ease the congestion implement laws for lawyers to work without weeks long vacations in April and December. Lawyers given vacation like school children. That is one of the reasons having heavy delays in delivering justice. Make the justice system an essential service. Otherwise the new technology would help in small margin to ease the bulks of cases awaiting justice for many years.
