on civil matters is also on the 25th Jan 2011. Any coincidence or a deliberate attempt to keep SF away from the "White Flag Case " on that day ??????

This is no exciting news! It's Court's preorgative to summon any individual as it considers appropriate to give evidence in a case being heard. And, it's Gota's duty to comply with such directive.
