Nothing will change. Either the judge will resign or go missing for some freak reason. Similar thing happened to the election commissioner.

The Supreme Court decision on the validity of the Military Court
on civil matters is also on the 25th Jan 2011. Any coincidence or a deliberate attempt to keep SF away from the "White Flag Case " on that day ??????

    samara Thursday, 13 January 2011 07:14 AM

This is no exciting news! It's Court's preorgative to summon any individual as it considers appropriate to give evidence in a case being heard. And, it's Gota's duty to comply with such directive.

Lal Medawatte Thursday, 13 January 2011 07:56 AM

Well, please make sure that emergency power supply generators in the Court Complex are properly functioning and all entry routes to Court Complex remained opened.
