Released on bail as usual, not even held for 24hrs, makes you wonder. What about the offending tourists? This is a serious offence but in this country all is a matter of influence.

At least some arrests here - unlike the case about three months ago when a politician and his gang consumed liquor at a heritage sight and assualted the officials who intervened. The police there, even refused to record a complaint.

The CDF is supposed to be a 'disciplined force'. The personnel involved in this incident are a sheer disgrace to that 'force.' Irrespective of the decision in the court case, they shoud be severely deallt with on disciplinary grounds, by the relevant authorities.
