    Thursday, 21 January 2010 05:43 PM

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 06:06 PM

    Good try, MR's wagon!

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 06:58 PM

A panicking government & the best comedy in town!

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 08:09 PM

But, what about the killers of Lasantha, Raviraj, Pararajasinham, etc.?

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 08:47 PM

    Will not generate any sympathy!

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 08:59 PM

Namal, himself, admitted that such a photograph was taken, but he did not know who the Tamil person was. Who are these 'experts' who say that this photograph is NOT authentic?

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 08:59 PM

Our CID and Police are very efficient, when arresting suspects from the opposite camps.

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 05:33 PM

Good 'movie,' but no one to watch it! Ha.. Ha.. Ha..

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 09:33 PM

More than one year now ... any suspect arrested for the killing of Lasantha ?

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 10:09 PM

More 'gundus,' but the people have already made-up their minds, on the election!

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 10:53 PM

Mr. IGP, while you are in this 'efficiency mode' please cast an eye towards Lasantha's case too!

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 11:11 PM

Namal admitted the authenticity! He revealed the photographer's name as well!

    Friday, 22 January 2010 12:18 AM

This is why the CID is so 'busy'?

    Friday, 22 January 2010 06:19 PM

Don't try to 'play' with the people: we are not fools!

    Saturday, 23 January 2010 04:57 AM

last minute attempt to stay in power. Very sorry. there are some fools who will believe this kind of scripts by Uruwansa, but the numbers are not enough !

All above are pro-UNP comments from people who are not having a balanced out-look of the situation. Please look at the situation as a moderate person without being biased, when reading these comments, we who are not for any side feel that all these comments are coming from those who are having some grudge against the governing party. Though we accept the fact that there is corruption in the present govt. still there are good points for them as well. All educated people should take a moderate view and consider the good and the bad of both sides.

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 03:51 PM

Oh yah.... now they will say SF sent them ...... People are no longer wiling to listen to these rubbish ... so don't wast time and let these three guys go free ...

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 03:20 PM

It is really a joke, he spoke of this photo in PUBLIC meetings. In fact, he should have now been questioned by the CID.

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 03:22 PM

CID and the Police are very "efficient" in what benefits the boss, and in deep sleep over what benefits the people of the country! This is why we need a change!!!

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 03:33 PM

UNGRATEFUL SF YOUR DEFEAT IS HUNDRED PERCENT SURE.SO YOUR INDECENT CAMPAIGN IS A FALIURE.

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 03:47 PM

MR campaign is a comedy of errors. Well, now these are last few nails of the UPFA coffin. I thought intelligence guys pick information and CID only investigates them. Looks like that too is reversed these days. Ohoma yaaannn !!!!

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 03:49 PM

Agree with Nimal. I saw that on news. Hope people will not be fooled by these bogus statements.

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 02:35 PM

THIS IS A TOTAL LIE TO GET SYMPATHY

The most funniest Election in the world. Tomorrow few people will be arrest over Mervin's murder plot.

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 05:03 PM

This could be the last 'trump-card' to win the sympathy of the electorate. I don't think that voters are so stupid to fall for this type of joke!

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 05:05 PM

Very good story! When will this be 'screened'? On 26th January, 2010?

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 05:14 PM

This is a '3rd grade' game. Can't chellenge SF? Then just concede, without fabricating stories!

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 05:15 PM

    Another drama directed by 'Uruwanse'?

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 05:19 PM

It seems that the LTTE, even after its "annihilation," has a BIG role to play in Sri Lankan politics, especially, in the Presidential race. Until the people of this country stop falling for such ludicrous deception, the myth of the LTTE will be kept alive, by our ardent politicians!

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 05:19 PM

You cannot win elections, this way! People are not fools!

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 05:24 PM

Are we all fools, in Sri Lanka? I don't understand these jokers! When are they going to stop all this nonsense?

    Thursday, 21 January 2010 05:33 PM

Namal has already, publicly, admitted that this photo shows him with "some Tamil boy."
