Heavy traffic congestion is reported in Bambalapitiya, Kollupitiya, Slave Island, Colombo Fort, Colombo 7 and surrounding areas due to the heavy rains with some roads being closed for the Victory Day Parade rehearsals, Colombo city traffic police said.
