Is this tragedy, a foul play or a suicide....This train runs very slow at around 30 MPH between the two stations and the track is straight and has loud horn. Needs investigation.

There is no foul play, people get run over by
trains in SL all the time.I have no idea where
you came from. Not only do they get their
limbs amputated they die too.People walk on the
the train tracks, most of the time in some areas
they won't even stop for the gate when the train is coming
    instead they go around it.
