Chinese nabbed for transporting tortoises

The police arrested a Chinese national and his driver allegedly transporting six tortoises from Hambantota to Colombo. The suspects were arrested at Weligama. Police said the Chinese was a Shipping Manager attached to Colombo Port.

The two are due to be produced before the Matara Magistrate. (Krishan Jeewaka Jayaruk)

Hi guys, i think its time to stop joking and discriminating about people and their ethnic origins. if it is a crime anyone get a punishment by court of law. By the way, China is the only country stand 'closer' to Sri Lanka for anything and everything as a great friend, father, and sister.
