For your information, even Jesus was circumcised. About one-third of males worldwide are circumcised. In US alone about 60% are circumcised.

Army should wake up and go for quality recruitment. Not third grade fellows who ruin the image. These rascals should be mercilesley dealt to avoid further happenings.
