UNP Kandy District MP Abdul Cader said he will accept the government polices and will not participate in any affairs of the UNP in the future, but will not crossover in a hurry either.

Mr. Cader told Daily Mirror that he is ready to face both negative and positive outcomes of the decision he had taken. “I voted with the government at the emergency vote in Parliament and is ready to face anything,” he said.

“I am not a man of two words and if I say something I will do it,” he added. (YP)

If the voters had known that he had this type of 'single word,' they would never have voted for him! He has already cheated his voters!

Becuase of people like Cader, Keheliya, Rajitha, Lakshman Yapa, Jhonny etc. the UNP keeps losing it's voter-base. They all appeared as strong UNP provincial leaders and deserted the party, solely, for personal gain. It is such 'leaders' who have had damged the credibility of the party.

Cader has no right to cross to another party. The votes he got were not his father's but UNP's. This pole vault game must be stopped.
