A special cabinet meeting is slotted at 9.30 tomorrow morning to give a hint of the budget proposals to the members of the cabinet, Information and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Gayantha Karunatilaka said.

Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake is scheduled to present the second reading of the first budget of the UNP-led consensual government at 2.30 tomorrow afternoon.
