The Colombo Chief Magistrate today concluded the magisterial inquiry into the killing of Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra and referred the matter to the High Court because of a case pending in the HC against the accused including parliamentarian Duminda Silva.

what ever the court , This is a cold blooded murder of 04 persons including a presidential adviser . Surprising to know that the main suspect is given bail. Shamantha Jayamaha , Who killed a girl at royal park condominium was never ever given any bail until he was condemned by death sentence . I would like to meet the person who wrote this book of law.

Trial will start at Colombo high court 5 years after the incident . By that time all witnesses will forget what they saw. By this time this case should be finished.
