The Secy. General and the U.N is unable to stop the mass killings in Syria and the deaths caused in Pakistan by "drones". They are today just a top-heavy and emasculated non-entity, whose enormous budget is spent more for their own staff than for anything useful. As Minister G.L.Peiris says, apply rules to all, irrespective of the nation. Then the UN will be taken seriously.
