Seven women and the manager of an alleged brothel, which had been operating as an Ayurvedic medical centre at Nawala, Walikada, were arrested by the Mirihana Police last night.
The Police said the women, aged between 23 and 37, were from Imbulgoda, Anuradapura, Galle and Pannala.
The women and the manager would be produced before the Nugegoda Magistrate today, the Police said.
