Weren't these cases heard, culprits identified, judgements delivered and files closed? Why this drama again now : is it because of international pressure? So, does that mean that this time there will be a different verdict to satisfy the UN.

The cases were terminated earlier as the government said that there were no funds for video-conferencing.
Now the sudden interest is because other nations are pressing for it, and the UPR is pending at UNHRC.
