In this country Might is Right and its an unofficial basic road rule that larger vehicles have priority over the smaller vehicles, and VIP vehicles have priority over all others!!.

how come the vehicle and driver is released, if there is a injured person and in hospital, the driver needs to be remanded. and vehicle needs to be in police custody.

Doing her job: opening two re-built schools and inspecting a prosthesis unit in a hospital, paid for in part by the U.S. I don't see the Chinese ambassador opening schools.
