Vote on Account passed in parliament

The Vote on Account (VoA), to cover government expenditure for the next four months, was passed in parliament with 102 MPs voting in favour and six JVP MPs voting against.

The UPFA MPs were not present at the time of the voting.

    Lol. This is how UPFA contributing to the parliament. By not attending UPFA unconditionally supporting UNP.

    UPFA forsakes therefore the claim to be official opposition by boycotting sessions. They are making a bad habit of this.
