A number of employees of Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation had surrounded the offices of its Director General and the Chairperson demanding explanations to some of the transfers which had been made recently.
An employee of the corporation said they have asked for reasons why the transfers were made but neither the DG nor the Chairperson had answers to their questions.
“The transfers had been made arbitrarily,” he said.

It is time to review democracy in SL. Seem like people are misusing the freedom. For everything workers want trade union action or similar. This will hamper the progress of SL.

For a country like Sri Lanka, Freedom and Democracy is very dangerous as most of the people are not that educated. It is the truth we have live with.
