These underworld figures are a part of the illicit economy, where the income is generated and no taxes have been contributed to a well being of a society. Instead, the gangsters will create destruction and chaos. They are a part of an organized political clan, another group of uncivilized species who will protect them. Public knows who they are and we will show our displeasure in the up-coming elections. Vote all 225 out and bring in the foreign governing body.

You are only telling what we already know about the organised criminal gangs. But your conclusion that Sri Lanka be brought under foreign rule is tantamount to treason. In other countries you would be arrested for saying so.
