UNP National Organizer and Nuwara Eliya District UNP candidate Navin Dissanayake said on Monday a leadership struggle had erupted between Samagi Jana Balwegaya (SJB) leader Sajith Premadasa and SJB candidate Patali Champika Ranawaka.
Addressing a meeting at Thispane in Kotmale, he said Patali was planning to buy over elected MPs to his side and he was eyeing to contest the next presidential election.
Mr. Dissanayake said the SJB was a rented political party formed to divide the UNP.
“The ‘Telephone' is not the UNP. UNP is the ‘Elephant’, ‘Green’ is our traditional colour. SJB is a rented political party formed to divide the UNP. SJB is a political party without any policy, future or second level leadership,” he said. (Ranjith Rajapaksa)

He is just trying to move the focus away from himself and the party and 'trying' to instigate the other party. Konde bandapu modayanta hondai mea katha.

Please don't set fire to other parties who are doing OK just for jealousy and your political gain.
