Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka MP today visited Sri Lanka Cricket and had informal discussions with the Sri Lanka National Team and its support staff on overcoming challenges.
Field Marshal Fonseka, who visited the SLC on the invitation of SLC President Thilanga Sumapthipala, shared his experiences as the commander of the Sri Lanka Army where his tactics paved the way to outsmart his opponents, the SLC said in a statement.
At the conclusion of the discussions, the players expressed their gratitude to the Field Marshal for the insights he had provided, it added.
