A revision application filed by Avant Garde Chairman Nissanka Senadhipathi and Rtd. Major General Palitha Fernando seeking an Interim Order staying the Colombo High Court’s proceedings pertaining to Avant Garde bribery case was today reserved for order.
The Court of Appeal Justices Kumuduni Wickramasinghe and Devika Abeyratne announced that they would pronounce their order regarding this petition on July 31.
Two petitioners are challenging the Colombo High Court's order dated March 11, 2020 to reject the preliminary objection raised by them regarding a Bribery case filed against them.
