Nalanda College Principal Ranjith Jayasundara was summoned to the Borella Police Station today to record a statement on an incident said to have occurred in the school premises, Police said.
Susantha Herath, a teacher at Nalanda, had earlier complained to the police saying the Principal with the help of some students had assaulted him for having lodged a bribery complaint against the school.
