Anyone running over a pedestrian should be given death sentence or his vehicle should be auctioned and money given to the relatives of the victim.

This is the fault of the Police. Road discipline needs to be imposed by the Police but that is not done. Every minute, vehicles break the law and if at least 50% are punished, the road discipline will improve and accidents lower.

Cops are not charging drivers who break the rules. They are keen to catch somebody from whom they can get bribes. Asshole Cops.
