Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe is to visit India in order to negotiate the proposed Economic and Technological Cooperation Agreement (ECTA) shortly.
Premier Wickremesinghe was expected to proceed to India after visiting Japan, according to informed sources.
He is expected to meet his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi and other high ranking Indian officials during this visit. (Yohan Perera)
