Nuwan Kulasekara released on bail

Fast bowler Nuwan Kulasekara who was arrested following a fatal accident involving his vehicle at Ranmuthugala, Kadawatha was released on bail this evening, Police said.

He was later released after being produced before Mahara Additional Magistrate Ms. Thanuja Jayathunga on a surety bail of Rs.100,000. (Chaturanga Chandrasekara)

    "The motorcyclist had collided with the vehicle after losing control and colliding with the centre island of the road," The motorcyslist was at fault. The motorcyclist was at fault, he was trying to overtake a lorry . Why should an innocent person get arrested?
