Eighteen suspects including former Deraniyagala Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman Anil Chinthaka alias Athakota were sentenced to death by the Awissawella High Court today after they were found guilty of murdering Noori Estate Superintendent Nihal Perera and assaulting two of his security guards.

Three suspects were acquitted from the charges. (T. Farook Thajudeen)

Thank god ! This man had done so many atrocities that such is not even seen in a south indian movie. Murders, robberies, illicit liqour dens , toruture chambers and above all a "rape center". A rape center where he would rape innocent girls in the area. Yahapalanaya government deserves an applause !
