The head of the state must be held responsible for this and his civil rights must be abolished for ever.

    Nevil Tuesday, 24 May 2016 02:59 PM

He is a government officer. He is not bound to carry out illegal orders given by anybody. He ahs to point out that it is illegal. In my service I too received such orders. But did not obey. I am retired now and living honourable life. These boot lickers did anything to satisfy the boss. They must pay for it.

WILLOWS- Are you crazy? He was the top most civil servant responsible for Govt funds. He should not obey orders, but follow govt regulations. All hired guns say- I followed orders

First of all let the public know the facts of his(keheliya''s) injury, how it happen? when it happen and under what circumstances it happen. It is in public interest as the funds have gone out of public money.Secondly we need to consider about Mr. Weeratunga's actions. Most of the time public servants carried out instructions as their options are limited.
