Court of Appeal today reinforced the interim order by inter-parte order preventing the Finance Criminal Investigation Division (FCID) from acting against former Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa on the Certificate (B Report) under the offences against the Public Property Act in the Magistrate’s Court against him.

The Bench compromising Justices P. Padman Surasena (President/CA) and Shiran Gooneratne issued the inter-parte (Having or involving adverse parties) interim order operative till July 3.
The court fixed the main petition for argument on July 2. (S.S.Selvanayagam)
