Former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa today said he should be thrashed for making Sarath Fonseka the Army Commander.

When inquired by the media about Minister Sarath Fonseka’s claim that Gotabaya Rajapaksa himself engineered the suicide attack on his own convoy, the former Defence Secretary, “I should be thrashed for making him the Army Commander.” (Darshana Sanjeewa)
