Foreign currency smuggler arrested at BIA

A 48-year-old Sri Lankan man was arrested by the Customs at the Bandaranayaike International Airport (BIA) while attempting to smuggle foreign currency worth Rs.2.5 million to Bangkok this morning.

The Suspect who is a resident of Colombo had in his possession of currencies of US dollar, and Swiss Francs.(T.K.G. Kapila)
