Five-judge bench appointed to hear petitions filed challenging election date

The Supreme Court has appointed a five-judge bench, led by the Chief Justice to hear Fundemental Rights petitions filed challenging the election date.

Several Fundamental Right petitions have been filed challenging the dissolution of Parliament and fixing the General Election date for June 20.

    It is very saddening to see what has happened to our law. The public has lost all faith they had of the law. Our law now works depending on the individual and is corrupted to its teeth. This was the last hope a poor man had and now that's also gone to the dogs.
