Illegal sand transport / mining is being taken place all over this country, Government have to bring new law to seize vehicle and imprisonment rather than killing.

In a civilised society, for a sand lorry, soil lorry ,timber lorry, cattle lorry, should not shoot to kill. They should shoot to the tyers of the vehicle. This type of things are happening in a criminal society like UAS but should not happen in Sri Lanka

Do u think the police will shoot to kill any Sinhalese illegally transporting sand in the south.... it is happening everyday. This incident confirms the harassment of Tamils has not ended.

To do that, the vehicle has to be stopped when ordered.
