Minister of Foreign Affairs - This portfolio sets the tone how the country is going ahead with its relationships with other countries. For us, this is a major aspect for our developments. Im sure the government could have come up with a better person that Ravi K. Its absurd. Finanace Minister - I guess they dont want an educated person in that field to take up the portfolio. sigh
