Earning assets in suspicious manner: Doctor arrested from Kurunegala Hospital

Seigu Shiyabdeen Mohammed Shafi, a 42-year-old doctor attached to the Kurunegala Teaching Hospital, was arrested by the police on charges of earning assets in a suspicious manner, Police Spokesman Ruwan Gunasekara said today.

    very good to see arrest are made for gaining wealth through illegal means, would really appreciate if this effort was put to look into the wealth gained by politicians as well.
